A spokesperson for Sainsbury’s Bank commented that in terms of their insurance, people are comfortable with getting quotes for their pet, or their travel insurance. Sainsbury’s even provide quotes for life insurance and people are at ease with that.
Sainsbury’s Bank added customers now have two options, they can do their research via the internet before calling to speak to an adviser.
