Simplyzigzag.com expands into US market

Premium online property group, Simplyzigzag.com, has announced its expansion into the US market.

Simplyzigzag, which was launched in June this year, is to expand through two local partnerships in California and Florida - areas which are traditionally investment destinations for Britons seeking property overseas.

The group has formed a partnership with a leading independent real estate company, offering coastal properties in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego counties as well as top luxury apartments in these counties.

Meanwhile, in Florida, Simplyzigzag.com has teamed up with one of the top realty agencies who cover the cities of Orlando and Sarasota.

Properties available in California include an ocean-fronted condominium in the sought after area of Laguna Beach. The condo comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and 6 separate sitting areas with ocean views. The total area is 1,598 sq/ft and is priced at $3,000,000 (£1,500,000).

Meanwhile in Bixby Village, Long Beach, California, a newly updated, old-world interior finished home comprises 2 bedrooms and an open loft space, 2 bathrooms and a large amount of entertaining space including formal dining room, wet bar and garden patio. The total area is 2,634 sq/ft and has a price tag of $950,000 (£476,000).

Its east coast property is located in the exclusive St Armand’s Circle, Sarasota, Florida and the total area is 6,500 sq/ft and has a price tag of $9,300,000 (£4,750,000).

Earlier this month, Simplyzigzag.com announced a partnership with one of Bulgaria’s leading real estate companies.

The Eastern Europe partnership will allow Simplyzigzag.com to offer properties in nearly all resorts and cities within Bulgaria, including the desirable area of the Black Sea and the mountainous ski regions.

Furthermore, just one month after the company was established, it announced that it had become the exclusive online supplier for the Tafedna Bay Golf & Spa development, in Morocco.
