They spend over £100m a year of taxpayers’ money outsourcing “New Deal” courses to private organisations which offer no opportunities to develop skills for the unemployed and they are just stuck in a building every day for a week doing nothing constructive at all.

This is so the Government can mess with the figures and classify them as “in training” and not as “unemployed”.
