Nationwide launches exclusive members' zone

Nationwide this week unveiled a new members’ zone on its website, exclusively available to all customers of the Nationwide Group.

Accessible from the Nationwide homepage, the portal provides a one-stop-shop for news updates, member events, and information about what it means to be part of the Nationwide Group.

Podcasts and videos are available on the site, addressing issues that members have told Nationwide are important to them.

The site can also be used to book places at TalkBack events, where members get to ask questions direct to the society’s directors, and to learn about the society’s charitable commitments with organisations such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Citizens Advice, Shelter, and Disability Sport Events.

“By launching the Members’ Zone, we will be able to communicate more regularly and directly with our members at a time when they need us most,” said Maxine Taylor, Nationwide’s corporate affairs director.

“There has been much change within the financial services industry over the past two years, so we felt it important to launch a dedicated site for members that will provide all of our customers with the information they need about their Society as well as the external environment.”
