The AA has secured the accolade of Which? magazine’s top breakdown provider for the third year running.

Customers polled by the consumer advice magazine gave the AA an average rating of 86% for customer satisfaction, level of service, and whether they would recommend the company to a friend.

“Holding on to top position for three years running reflects our ongoing investment in our service and commitment to being a genuine industry leader,” said Steve Dewey, AA Patrol Services director.

The 13,400 drivers chosen for the study were all UK-residents who had broken down within the last year.

Which? awarded the AA its ‘Best Buy’ seal of approval.

“The AA is consistently one of the best for response and repairs - and its basic roadside rescue cover needn’t be costly,” Which? magazine said.

The AA claims to reach motorists within an average of 40 minutes after receiving a breakdown call.
