Aviva launches online Pensions Tracker

by David Masters

Over one million pension savers can track the performance of their pension fund and plan for retirement using a new online tool.
The Aviva Pension Tracker, available to Aviva’s pensions customers, was launched this week.
The secure website features Lisa, a virtual online guide who shows users around the site and explains the importance of pensions planning.
Customers can use the site to check the value of their pension, to see how their investments are performing, and to work out how much their pension could be worth when they retire.
Tools on the site help users work out a yearly budget for when they reach retirement age.
Iain Oliver, Aviva’s head of pensions and investments, compared the Tracker to internet banking, and said it will help customers take control of their pension.
“It’s an online service that helps you manage your pension any time that suits you,” he said.
“Pension Tracker has been designed by customers for customers to give you access to all the information, tools and tips you need, just when you need them.”
