Default Accepting credit cards for payment to non US residents

Start to accept credit cards, debit cards and checks online! Do you want to accept bank card / check payments on your website?
It does not matter, if you are from Philippines, or say, Indonesia - no documents and no merchant account required to open your account and immediately start to accept orders!

Your customers will be able to pay you by checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners Club, JCB credit cards and any debit cards with Visa and MasterCard logos (such as Visa Electron).

It looks like they're promoting the 2Checkout service, but there are also others out there, such as Paypal, Worldpay, Sotmrpay and Protx, where you can accept payments without requiring a merchant account.

Seriously? Now that is a shame - would have thought Paypal pretty accessible in Asia.

That's my problem coz most of my online jobs pay me in Paypal and since I can't have one, I have to refund it and have it sent to my cousin's paypal account and she sends it back to me thru www.xoom.com.
Another processor is e-gold and it's also hard for me to withdraw my funds there, I really don't know what to do.

If you are looking into a merchant account type thing, you may want to check ProPay. Their rates seem to be pretty average. I have not checked into them enough to know which countries they do and do not accept.

Thanks parrotbay. There are actually many but most companies and employers pay by Paypal. Maybe because it has a low rate or none at all when they send money using that processor.
