Firstly could you explain what good will and a merger reserve is .

Also Loss per share basic and diluted.

When working out return of asset and asset turnover do you use total asset or current asset.

Good will is the value of certain assets of the company which aquires another company. Goodwill can refer to many different things.

Merger reserve seems to ge cash which the company set asides for costs related to mergers.

Loss/Share - Basic and diluted = Net loss of the company / by basic shares outstanding or diluted shares outstanding

You alway use total assets.
