Default Avoiding Regualtion S
I am a masters student, writing about Rule 144A and Reg S, and I was wondering if any investors based in the US, avoid Reg S by either purchasing foreign securities by providing an overseas address, or any other means. And also if you know if this is common place. Obviously you can respond off the record.
