We intend to sell our house here in France and then to go to Spain to rent property until we find somewhere there we would like to live (my wife hates cold winters!).
I would appreciate some advice on where best to place the proceeds from the sale to give a good return whilst still being able to withdraw the money reasonably promptly in the event of our wishing to buy a new property. Obviously the sale will be in euros and if we do eventually buy in Spain that will also be in euros.
We are French resident and pay taxes in France.
