Default Breaking into Investment Banking

Dear All,
I would like to ask you how can I start working for an asset management,
or another financial institution that accept junior traders/portfolio manager. I have been managing real money for the past two years, returning about 90 per cent in 2009 and 35 per cent in 2010. I have a BA (Hons) Business Management, but cannot find a job in a big investment bank. I am looking for smaller funds in Cambridge or London, UK. All hints are appreciated, since I feel I am in a big black hole right now. Thank you very much for your support.
