renting is sometimes a better option in an uncertain market.
The risk of a fall or stagnation are real,this bull market has lead alot of people
to think that the only way is up,not true.eg (LATE EIGHTIES & NINTIES)
negative equity (sit it out you say) what if you (lose job,divorce,start family,emigrate) Doom monger ( no real life)
plus there has to be a tangible link to wages,which i think we all agree is not in step with this crazy leap in property prices.
so think hard before you take that leap of faith,and remember.the past is no guide to the future
