Apologies to you all if this question is non-specialist and a wee bit general... and from a financial novice... but...
my girlfiriend is moving from the US (Detroit) to Leeds (UK) to study and would like to know where she would be most likely to get the best Dollar to Sterling exchange rate... in the US or UK? Thanks for your time!
