It's not a surprise looking at the latest performance of "public" institutions...Lloyds being just a harsh reminder that the current state of the economy has to go full circe before it recovers. Without sounding too Schrumpeterian, the power to turn and re-turn things around has always been with "the little ones". Interesting times ahead.
