I got myself in a sticky situation with loans etc, and managed to find someone to help...

I managed to get my Loans and Credit Cards written off, without IVA and claimed compensation for this too... as if the agreement was taken out befor April 07 the contract could be invalid, this meaning it will be written off with compensation back to you as a ruslut.

The FSA has been warning about schemes like this - the fact that this one resorted to spamming forums to try and advertise their scheme doesn't bode well.
