Default Consumer Credit Act

Most people do not understand that debts can be wrote off using methods such as asking for the signed credit agreements, claiming back bank charges and debt collection charges. We will be starting a new company in year 2011 to help people claim back money from various institutions such as banks and credit card company's etc.

We would like as much information as possible of your experience challenging your creditors ?

Did you win the battle or did you end up with lots of court fines ?

What is the worse outcome ?

Default Re: Consumer Credit Act

Worse outcome is wasted money - best outcome is wasted money.

Not a single company making these claims has actually been able to have any debts written off for customers to date.

Frankly, I'm surprised the Ministry of Justice hasn't shut down all of the debt management claims companies down by now, because it's obvious they are ripping off consumers.
