Hi all, I'm after a little help with getting my hands on some information.

I'm finishing my finance dissertation (same title) and i've completed my own investigation into whether there were any signs of what was going to happen....i now was to compare my findings with that of the market, or some experts. The best way i can think of is to maybe compare how the beta for northern rock changed (compared to say lloyds and a bank that experienced little problems) over a period from approx. the start of the financial crisis in the US. Problem i have is i can't find any source for historical beta, anyone help? i've tried to calculate the beta myself, based on share price over 60 months but i'm not happy with my results.

Also, anyone have any thoughts on my paper? i'm always happy to hear criticism!
