Default Dividends and taxes

Hello,

could someone explain me what are the taxation implication with dividends in the following scenario:

say I work for a company and, like anyone else, I pay my PAYE taxes every month and I am also 33% shareholder of a Ltd company which is providing dividends at the end of the year.

1) What are the tax implication, at a personal level, for receiving these dividends?
2) Do I have to declare this money on top of my yearly income from my job as an employee?
3) How much taxes do I have to pay and how is it calculated?

Thank you very much,

F

Sounds like you need to chat to an accountant - you really need professional advice according to your circumstances.
