Default Doolar/Euro & Mortgages

Why is the dollar low to the pound & why is the Euro High at moment , what is effecting this & where do you think they will be in 6-12months & why

Im looking to buy place in US - so would i be better to change money into $ now so i get the high rate & iv already bought some places in Poland - any thoughts on making best of my money for these units
