Default Fractional ownership

Morgan Forbes are offerng what seems an attractive part-ownersheip opportunity. I have to decide soon though whether to commit properly...are they a company with a reputation good or bad?

And what is the likelihood of me making money? An honest question here...but I need to know soon...anyone with knowledge or views I would vlaue immensely a reply!

They seem like a legit company and have a nice clean website. Do a few Google searches to find out they have weighed up with past customers.
