Default General investing questions

ETF commodities stated that they are affected by three things .

The Change in price of the future
The roll
Interest on collateral.

Does the bascially mean if all 3 go up then your stake will go up depending on the change in price , the roll etc.

Accounting questions ?

Shares issued on reverse take over?

Proceeds from warrants ?

Proceeds from options?

Capital rising costs?

Consoldiate and parent equity ?

Discontinued operations ?

Now with mining companies i have had a look at many of their companies reports and it seems to me a majority of them dont make much revenue and push there share capital in to exploration. IS the share price in a mining company affected by its percieved work or finding a new amount of gold etc rather than pure profits .

NAV = Net Asset Value

I think it is used in REITs a lot to determine how much the company is worth per share instead of book value.

Isn't this in the wrong section?

Regardless, welcome to the forum.
