The first three questions were answered in your previous post.

Question four has already been answered in another post.

Flat-Yield - Yield on short and long-term maturities is equal.

Redemption-Yield - Yield received by the investor upon return of the principle

Maturity Duration - Amount of time until investment matures

Modified Duration - Modified amount of time (from original at offer) until the investment matures

Record Date - Investors as of record on that date will qualify for the dividend.

Ex-Date - After that day investors do not qualify for the current dividend anymore

Pay-Date - Date when the dividend will be paid out to investors

That is exactly what it means. If investors or fund managers, etc refer to a bargain the mean that the current share price offers a steep discount to what they think its share is worth.

I have heard that quite a few times but be careful when you hear that as it always depends on the source and how the bargain is defined. Different people will call a bargain at diferent prices.

Overall, I would recommend that you just ignore that. Mostly its a worhtless call based on valuation models.
