I am just wondering if there will ever be a global dollar..meaning one currency worldwide instead of all of these other currencies. Does anyone know if this is in the works? All I know is they want to back the Euro with 30% gold and if the Amero is implemented, it will be backed by silver.

I doubt it. There is no way all of the countries in the world could agree on anything, much less a standard currency. I wouldn't hold my breath.
