when is it the best time to buy a house to rent out?

I'm thinking of buyine one now but should i wait till the interest rates go even lower ?

It depends on location and if you can afford to buy a house. If you are in a position where a 25 or 50 basis point rate-cut will have a huge impact as far as affordability is concerned you probably shouldn't buy a home in the first place.

Remember, assets buy liabilities and not the other way around. The majority purchases liabilites and mistake them for assets.
