Default Help me with this question..plz
If my relative has an account in a swiss bank, and I need to access into it, so i have to activate a code, so I have to pay the bank some fees firstly by west union, Is that so?

Paying fees by Western Union sets off alarm bells - WU is commonly used by scammers precisely because your money is not easily recoverable if fraudulently claimed.
