homebuy mortgage query!

We are currently in the process of trying to buy a house through the open market homebuy scheme. We need to apply for a mortgage for our share of the purchase price this will be up to 82.5%..so when filling out a mortgage form online do we put our deposit down as 17.5%? even though its paid by the goverment?
