I recently purchased a property for 17% below original asking price. I would advise anyone looking to purchase property at the moment to go in really low. You can always increase the offer if rejected.
Looks like a "bit" of spam, mods should be able to delete it all. Regarding the house prices It doesn't surprise me, estate agents were selling at at least 10% higher prior to the cash, now WE and I mean those that try and work for an honest living are facing the brunt of matters.
