Fingers crossed aye, i'm waiting for the semi across the road to drop from £200,000 to £150,000 - then i'm in

People thinking like me will keep us in the credit crunch and prices will continue to go down unless people start buying!

Potentially - wouldn't that be nice!?

Definately not good for people who are wanting to retire in the next few years and relying on their equity to pay off their house.
