Default How can I sell an investment/position I hold?

Hi.
I'm looking to raise some finance for a business opportunity and am trying to sell a
slightly strange, but totally secure and attractive investment I hold which is as follows:
I loaned £50,000 to someone on a property in France on January 31 2007. The agreement was legally notarized and I am written into the deeds of the property. So the loan is secured. The property is in positive equity and the borrower is obliged to repay me £75,000 on January 2012. (Basically it's about 8.45% growth a year over 5 years, growing at £416.66 a month, or £5000 a year).
I've tried to get a loan from a UK bank with the investment as surety, but the property is in France, so no one there is keen.
I have not approached any French banks yet (maybe the borrowers bank could be an option).
My thinking is that my best bet would be to find an individual investor who has +/- £61,000 spare (roughly todays value of the position), who is prepared to sit tight for 33 months or so and then get a return of £75,000.
Can anyone suggest any other options, or indeed where I might find a would be investor to sell my position to?

Oh, sure - I think anyone with £61k would be happy to throw it into an investment through someone completely anonymous offering a high-risk too-good to be true offer.
