Default I want to be a Stockbroker..help...

Hi

I've taken the regs exam and i'm almost exam ready for the securities paper, i just have one concern i dont have a degree. I'm 23 years old an have an interest in the stockmarket i worked at one of the small cap brokerages for a short period but left to pass these exams.

Im quite aware ill be able to find another small cap brokerage job but want to work for one of the bigger companies. (Brewin Dolphin or an Investment Bank etc) as im not keen on all the constant cold calling.

Does anyone know, do these lager Institutions recruit Junior Brokers with-out a degrees or is a degree a must have.

Any other advise that you have would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks in advance
