Thats crazy I thought it would be cheaper as you are less likely to be burgled as most burglary's happen during the day when most people are at work!

This is the sort of craziness that the FSA/ABI should look at, penalising people that can ill afford it with bizarre reasons that just can't be justified? It is just making money out of those that can't afford it. Another example of this is that unfortunately my husband was made redundant and is currently out of work, car insurance came up for renewal and because of change of circumstances he honestly told them he was unemployed the yearly premium went up by £50.00!
