Hi redfrog1971 - depending on your risk profile, I wud iether go for a Russian Fund - something like Morgan Stanley Eastern European RNE, combined with a geared oil ETF such as DXO or go for some reliable long term safe holdings like Haliburton, BAT and Wells Fargo. But I feel market is going to fall again so may be better to wait until trend is confirmed one way or the other.

There're lots of way to invest, including financial spread betting, cfds, share dealing, forex, etc. Taking into account that you're looking for a stable income I'd say you split money into pods:
1. 50% in the savings account
2. 30% - buy shares
3. 20% try financial spread betting or cfds.

I suggest splitting it up as well for better safer returns on investment. Look at bonds and high investment accounts for a definate secure investment

Hi Frog,

I think the safest bet in the current climate is having some diversity rather than all your eggs in one basket

Having some precious metals such as gold or silver is viewed as a must by most advisors.

the MLM system (see URL below) has sound people involved & by you introducing like minded people your bought gold becomes FREE - yes your paying slightly more for the gold or silver but that's because you get the back up system included.

if this doesn't suit you then having some Gold stock is a must - as it's a Universal currency, inflation proof and during the last bad recession the price went through the roof

best of luck

Geremy

If only a good savings rate appeared. I have a feeling the economic climate will start to move forward in 2010 and so now is a good time to start backing this growth.

Hi RedFrog,

Please drop me a PM with a contact number and I will contact you regarding a short term investment showing you returns of between 20-30% within a 6-12 month period. This is also backed up by a 12 month risk free guarentee.

I hope to hear from you.

Hi. There are some safe ways to invest yourself in stocks & options. I use a system which gives me typically 4-6% return per month with a maximum 5% risk to my capital. Sounds like something similar might be beneficial for you. If you want me to chat through the basic, send me a message.
Hope that helps.
Simon

I would suggest putting into an investment trust. Then it will be hangled by experts so you won't have to make the decisions yourself.
