Default Investments explanation ?

Hi i was looking at this investment fund and i would appreciate some explanations of its terms.

ZDP shares 2012

Gearing on ordinary shares

NAV at launch
NAV undiluted
NAV diluted

Annual average compound return

Ticker

warrants

Investment adviser fees
administration fee
performance fee

I take it bank debt is the debt of the fund.

Thank you for your help

The terms shuld be self-explanatory.

NAV stands for net asset value.

If this is an investment fund then all the info you need to know should be in the prospectus. Ask the company for it and everything will be explained in it.

I was wondering if you could help me on these terms as its the Xmas period and i shall not get a response and to be honest its a colleague of terms i have picked up from books and funds not one in particular.

I look forward to your help.

Cant wait till April for news of you rolling out your company in the UK.

Where shall your offices be.
