Guess lots of people use online banking every day. And yes these days account data can be stolen by fraudsters. IMHO Offline authorization devices (lots of European banks use this way of data protection) is the best way to protect your account details.

I use online banking. But here is where it is different for me: I live in a VERY small town and my bank is locally owned and run. I know EVERYONE who works there. So if there was unusual activity, my cellphone would ring before it was approved. I know because this has happened before, I told them what was going on and the matter was approved.

If you feel nervous about online banking, don't do it. Don't add the stress to your life.
