Default Looking for an opinion on a trading software programme.

Hello everyone my first post so here goes. I recently came across a company called GSi trading who produce a trading software programme for the layman to use . Its quite expensive but also promises a lot (dont they all). I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about it, has used it, what they think of it. Opinions basically. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks very much

Not heard of it I'm afraid. What sort of software is it - an attempt to algorithmically present trading options, or one for tracking existing investments?

Thanks for the comment Brian. Its a sytem that analyses which trades are best for purchasing and then when you should probably dump them. Its designed for fairly short term trading. In the region of 18 days on average.
Here is their website gsitrader.com

Looks a nice site, but its short on specifics. I must admit I am always a little sceptical of 'trading systems' that promise super profits. My thoughts are that if I had a computerised trading system that gave me consistent profits, why would I let anyone else know aboout it?

It may be that the system is legitimate and gives signals to be then interpreted by you as the trader, there are a lot of them out there. I prefer the free tools in downloadable systems and good research.... Maybe I am just old fashioned....

I wouldn't run with most trading softwares.

They don't have a human brain so they predict based on averages and the such, they won't be taking into account fundementals!
