Default Mortgage adviser

Hi
I am planning on becoming a Mortgage Adviser.
I know there are a number of routes to be come one.

But Ive a few questions to ask:

What is the difference between:

Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP)

and

Certificate in Mortgage Advice?

Do l just need to take one of these courses or both to become a Mortgage Adviser?

I am also planning on taking Certificate in Financial Planning this year.

Please, could you clarify if lve a Certificate in Financial Planning could l become a Mortgage Adviser without having to take the above mentioned Certificates in Mortgage?

I believe that if you want to be a mortgage advisor, then at present you would need to have passed your CeMAP.
