Default Nedd advice on 0% credit card

Hi,

My girldfriend bought a car one year ago and got a bad interest rate loan from hsbc, the rate is 18%.

I would like to pay back this loan in one go with money that would have had borrowed from a credit card 0% and then would transfer the money from this card to another one when the period of 0% on the transfer is nearly ended and so on.

Please advise me on how to proceed properly. the redemption fee is £3900.

Thank you in advance
