New figures from the British Bankers’ Association (BBA) show mortgage approvals for house purchases falling by 7% in March. The decline follows three consecutive months in the level had increased. Huh, it seems the banks are still unwilling to lend.

We are still able to secure commercial mortgages, however the lenders tend to be cherry picking better more secured deals.
