Lightbulb New to Mortgage's

Hi All! - im very new here, not long registered

I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for a mortgage newbie... recommend any websites or lenders in the Watford area??

Firstly, while many mortgages get pitched on the %APR, you need to look at the actual charges involved.

A lot of lenders have actually been pushing mortgages which at first appear to have a low APR, but make their money back by charging huge admin fees.

So when comparing mortgages, would definitely recommend you compare not simply the mortgage rate, but also the fees associated with taking out a mortgage.
