'Which?' is an independent body who provide quality unbiased advice to consumers on a wide range of products/services.

They will conduct surveys to find out information that could be helpful to consumers, this also should force companies to provide a better service and not rip anyone off.

Insurance is about risk. E.g. The risk of someone crashing their car, or dying, or their house being robbed. Those things are not equal amongst anyone, and are certainly not equal amongst men and women, nor old and young.
