Default opinions on investing in realestate now

Hey
Part of me says that it could be a good time to find a deal. The other part of me says that the market hasnt hit rock bottom yet and how much could properties really increase after such a hot run.
What do you guys think? is it a good time to invest in rental property? If so what is a good thing to invest in now two three flats, residential houses?

Thnx

I don't think property has hit the bottom at all - think it would be better to see out a lot of 2007 first - chances are we're going to see a continued downturn - USA & UK.

I agree with Brian. Real Estate has not bottomed out yet. There are good deals that you can find but that depends on location and expertise. If you are not an experienced real estate investors I would stay away from the market right now.
