Ooooo this is going to be me, I know it, the sad thing is that I don't live an extravagent livestyle at all but it's hard enough just to pay the bills far less save anything, and to try to achieve everything you want, like a nice house in a nice area, white picket fence, children, good solid cars etc .. how do people do it? Now I wish I had been a plumber ... :0/

I agree with you Gilli - it is becoming harder and harder isn't it?

I mean I find it so hard to keep up with things today that I do not see how I could possibly afford to stop working at any stage!

I have no idea how people manage to do it! It truly amazes me! I have not as penny saved and every time I try somerthing comes up so I have to go and spend it!

Hi MurryC well I've decided to retrain for a career that has little physical demands and is something that can take you into old age AND it's relatively well paid, because really, there's no way I can see that I'll be able to give up work before 70, or even beyond that. So I've decided to become a psychologist because as far as I can see it's one of the few jobs where experience in years is a definite bonus ... just don't know if I can listen to all those sob stories lol ;o)

Haha yes Gilli something like that would be good if you could tolerate it! If you were to do you would be better of moving to LA or some other such location so you can charge rich people to talk about themselves hehe!
