Policies in Trust?!?!?!?!?!?!
Please can everybody who has any kind of insurance policy that can be put into trust, please check to make sure that that it has been.
It is an all too common trait these days that insurance brokers have not made the effort to put the policies in trust after the sale.
Please do not hesitate to ask if you are unsure!
