I have a MBA loan with a Spanish bank for €18,000 and I wanted to 'kill it' getting a loan with my bank in the UK of £14,600 with the current exchange rate.

My question is whether I should wait until the pound revalues against the Euro or whether I should take advantage of such a good interest rate (3%).

What do you think is going to happen in the next year with the Euro Pound fluctuation?

General expectation is that the pound is likely to fall further, while the dollar strengthens. How you factor in a call for the value of the euro is entirely your call.
