Having recently used the NHS and been appalled at the poor level of aftercare and information offered this is not surprising. We should be pleased we are in the situation where healthcare is accessible to all but if you are in a position to afford it private healthcare will hopefully mean a more pleasant hospital experience.

I agree they aren't very presonal and the aftercae is probably not the best, but as you said we are incredibly lucky to have the NHS!
