Question about market efficiency and stiglitz paradox

hi there,

as I said in the "introduction" section, I'm currently studying finance and I'm facing some problems writing my essay..
therefore, I'd like to know if I'm wrong, when I relate the stiglitz paradow to the fact "how a market becomes efficient"..
sounds a bit weird, but I hope you got what I mean..
