I think he is justifying it as those at the top (not unlike himself) want this bonus and need to find ways of making it happen! so many people out there have lost thier jobs that it would not surprise me ifanyone could be easily replaced in banking right now!

A lot of people that have gone back into work in this industry have had to take a pay cut and I think this should reflect up the ranks as well! The priority should be to pay back some of the money not take it and go running off tto St Tropez or whereever it is they holiday!

Haha me too but Im guessing Skegness is a bit below par for them lol!
