i think the government needs to focus more on staff training and development - since this will give people more of an incentive to continue to look for work

pressures of recent events is blatently a factor to cause a crime wave! more staff = less crime .

I guess people mistakenly link economic crisis with state failure. They start thinking that since there is economic crisis, even of they cheat they won;t be arrested. Naive...
