Releasing equity
 
As far as I know, the HM Treasury reccommend releasing equity from your home when you are over 60 years old, but my question is, could someone younger release equity?

With high interest rate mortgages that could be a good financial option for the homeowner unless there is an age restriction :rolleyes:
