maybe "anger management" should be a part of european driving tests (?)

Interesting how this study was constructed. How on earth could someone remain angry after having killed someone on the road?
Anger has a lot to answer for in society today.

That means Angry people will not get the driving license? Humans emotion system is really very difficult thing. Is there really a way to solve this issue yet?
